Upgrading Drupal

i am working on my site and added views and other things to it
after that i have several things put in working order, then when i hit the save changes button i was getting this error en now the site isnt working anymore.
i have a little understanding of it all but i can't find this one
so if someone knows what to do.
drupal version is 6.19
i have given the views file in module section a different name, so i can reach my site and do more things.
but i think there is some phpcode missing in de views.module but my phpcoding isn't that good

I am just struck while doing drupal core update.

I am in a process of updating drupal core to 'Acquia Drupal 1.2.30 (Drupal 6.19 core)', but when i try to run update.php i see a blank screen.

Please let me know how to solve this issue.

I don't know anything about websites. I need to upgrade my drupal site and I can't figure out how to do it. Can someone walk me through it? Do I need to update everything every time, or just security updates?

Hi

I am upgrading a site from D4 to D6, so I have moved the site from live server to production server. I have changed the base path in settings.php, but all the links are still pointing towards old server. I have also checked the database but couldn't find any thing there.

When I checked the html it showed me tag in header.

What I am doing wrong here or missing something ?

I updated Drupal 6.x (and 5.x actually) and the same issue took place:

The .htaccess file received extra code that doesn't appear in the basic file that is part of the core download

This is the additional code:

Specifically, we will be going from i18n module 6x-1.2 to 6x-1.7. Anyone had any issues going from 1.2 to a more recent version or issues going to 1.7?

Besides the modules, the rest of the site has already been upgraded to the most recent drupal 6 version. Thank you!
