Attempting to go from 6.19 to 7.0 and received a few errors (see below). Read some posts and removed ALL modules in /sites/all/modules/ but issue still persists.
Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 252 of 778 bytes in _drupal_session_read() (line 108 of /hsphere/local/home/c302713/resellrightsebookstore.com/includes/session.inc)
But the script allows you to continue but the error above remains when passed to the "Review Updates" page. On this page there were 119 updates to be completed the first run but now displays 77 updates to be performed and I can not get passed this stage.
Clicking "Apply Pending Updates" results in the following error message...
Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 252 of 778 bytes in _drupal_session_read() (line 108 of /hsphere/local/home/c302713/resellrightsebookstore.com/includes/session.inc).
An unrecoverable error has occurred. You can find the error message below. It is advised to copy it to the clipboard for reference.

I recently made an update to latest CCK 6.x-2.9 module and I now see this weird box next to the search field (over the search button) that has a Close link inside. If you click on it nothing happens but if you click elsewhere on the page the box disappears.
After upgrading to Drupal7 from D6.20, I get a surprize every time :-)
This time, I've just realized that if I want to edit a node (article, page, blog...) the content field is empty. The node content is displayed on the website, though, in the View mode.
If I make a new node, I can edit it, the content is still there.
I'm using Wordpress CMS, but now my client has Drupal and wants to continue but have no clue how to upgrade it. My question is, is there an easy way to upgrade Drupal?
Wordpress for example upgrades by just clicking one button.
I've read loads of issues related to upgrading from 6 - 7 but i cant figure out what the problem is. I upgraded from 6 to 7 and now all my imagefields are gone.
Can anyone help me out and kindly direct me to the correct thread or something ?
I have a site which has been working well for the past year or so. Problem is I have not done any updates on it since 5.7. I think I tried to update it a while back to 6 but ran into theme issues and gave up. Its not a site i get paid for any more but is owned by a relative so feel responsible to give it another go and get it up to spec.
