Upgrading Drupal

trying to upgrade on local host from 6.28 to 6.30 but having problems..

i did update.php and give me wod.

I am trying to update Open Atrium on a drupal 7 install. I followed the instructions and got to a page where it asks me to login to my ftp, but my server requires sftp. I can not find a way to change to sftp. Now my site is stuck in maintenance mode (can't find out how to turn that off either) and I can't seem to complete the steps needed to update.

Can anyone please help? I'm a beginner with this stuff but learn quickly.

As I couldn't find any relevant topics about my issue, I opened this topic.

Since I upgraded to Drupal 7.25 I had the problem I got stuck on the update.php page, where the update process got stuck on 'starting updates', nor chrome nor firefox indicate any loading on the page and the processbar doesn't move at all.

I have searched high and low and see no documentation or process for doing a D6 to D7 Zen theme update??

I have recently migrated a large old D6 site to D7 and thought the data migration would be my biggest problem, until I got to the theme!!

The original developer appears to have themed everything the 'correct' way, using Zens sub-theme process.

There appears to be a main sub-theme and then 3 smaller sub-themes of this.

Can somebody point in the direction of any step by step documentation that could help walk me through the upgrade process?

I'm trying to update from Drupal 7.22 to the current (7.26) version. I keep getting the following error.

Fatal error: Class 'DatabaseTasks_mysql' not found in /server/path/stuff/here/domainname.com/html/modules/system/system.install on line 188

I have attempted to update from Drupal 7.25 to 7.26. I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error message when I attempt to run update.php.

I have restored my 7.25 files and database twice, verified that every thing is fine, then attempted to replace the 7.26 files twice and get the same results each time.

Does anyone know what might be happening?
