Upgrading Drupal

I have upgraded OG from 6.x-2.4 to 7.x-2.7 and migrated fields (after my Drupal upgrade). I have "Organic Groups: Groups" Argument in one of my Drupal 6 views and "Organic Groups: Groups" Field in another Drupal 6 view.

On my upgraded D7 site I am trying to recreate the above missing 2 fields with OG Membership (Argument, Field).
Any direction on this will be very helpful.

Hi all. I am a Drupal newbie, although I have been using computers and writing code since 1977, and am most familiar with Joomla in the CMS world. Yesterday I purchased a theme (MegaDrupal Alpine, which also included Drupal 7.28), and installed it without issue. I do not yet know the proper term for this combination install in the Drupal world. In the Joomla world, it is called a "demo install" when the Joomla core is installed with JavaScript, CSS, and the extensions so that your new site looks just like the "demo" the template author created.

I am working on drupal 7 website. it's first version is already live but after 8 months, now I am ready to release it's second version so how to sync with old database (First version) to new databse (second version). there are lot of users, modules and content added.

Hi there. Anyone else using Hostignition.com to host their Drupal sites? I am currently having issues upgrading from 7.3x to 7.34 on my sites.

Here is the process that I am using to update (I am using the CPANEL File Manager):

1. Copy the 7.34 zip file into the folder where Drupal is installed.
2. Extract the file
3. MOVE all files except the SITES directory into the ROOT folder
4. Delete the 7.34 folder
5. Delete the zip file
6. Update, cron, blah blah.

Hello to all. I have the following problem. Last weekend I upgraded a website from drupal 6 to drupal 7. Everything seems to work nice, except one thing.

When we create new nodes only the title is visible at the node page. Even body is not shown. I checked the database and the content is saved at every field. As soon as I clear caches the content of the node becomes visible.

It seems that it doesn't execute any clear caching after node add save. I checked the cache_clear_all function which doesn't get any value at $cid and $bin. I don't know if this is the reason.

When I upgrade my drupal site to beta4 release, it says that table user__roles is not exits.

It's look like that new beta version alter table name from users_roles to user__roles. how is possible to apply this change (How is possible to migrate schema of drupal to latest version).
