I'm running 4.6.2 and using the Drupal upload module. When attaching a file to a node I am sometimes required to go through the process 6 or 7 times before the attachment will stick.
Select the file and click attach and everything looks fine in the preview. Submit the changes and the attachment disappears. This does not happen every time but it's very rare that an attachment will stick first time, maybe 1 in 10.
Everything looks OK, both the files and tmp directories have permissions set to 777.
This is very frustrating….any assistance would be appreciated.
another upgrading problem... i followed the instructions for upgrading in "INSTALL.txt", but now i can't access any node in my web (404, not found). I upgraded from 4.6.0 to 4.6.2. But the main page works. So it should be something stupid... can anyone help me with this? I tried to follow some other posts with similar problems, and i erased node.module, and put my old one instead, but no luck at all.
i did a stupid thing - upgrading to cvs without backing up mysql database :(
this was on a live site :( :(
after doing update.php, drupal can no longer find /node/ ... therefore there is no content. i've checked out the drupal database, and everything seems to still be there, however, it is not being accessed. i went back to 4.6.2, but problem still there.
when i ran the upgrade script, it defaulted to "all", so i chose that ... maybe i shouldn't have?
I have Drupal installed through Fantastico. It told me that there was an upgrade available so I upgraded. I logged on immediatley and everything was fine, this morning I had lost administrator capabilities. Please Help!
I am upgrading from 4.5.0 to 4.5.4 and believe I've followed all the instructions, backing up the db, replacing the old files with the new and running update.php. It all seemed clean, but now this db error all over the top of every page (!?!)
I'd like to upgrade to 4.6.2, but have the i18n module installed, which patches some of the files also patched by the new 4.6.2 release. Unfortunately, the i18n patches are not available against drupal 4.6.2. Any ideas on how to upgrade anyway?
