Upgrade from 4.5.2 tp 4.6.0 table missing?

Hi,

I have just gone through a pretty ugly upgrade from 4.5.2 to 4.6.0 (hoping to continue to 4.6.3) and I have the following errors:

user error: Table 'xeno_drpl2.flood' doesn't exist
query: DELETE FROM flood WHERE timestamp < 1125009439 in /home/xeno/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 66.

And

error using Flexinode after following README.mp3 instructions

Just installed the Flexinode module and it seems to be what I want. I want to add an MP3 field but I got an error. I followed the instructions in the README.mp3 file:

Problems with Node.module after upgrading from Drupal 4.6.1 to Drupal 4.6.3

After upgrading directly from Drupal 4.6.1 to Drupal 4.6.3, I got the following three errors all the time. They always occured togather:

Line 358 in /home/kzenginf/public_html/modules/node.module: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

Line 363 in /home/kzenginf/public_html/modules/node.module: implode(): Bad arguments.

Who's online Gusts Online count not responding correctly

Ever since I upgrade to from version 4.6.2 to 4.6.3 the Who's online "Guest Online" count is all of the map. I currently have the user activity block set to 1 minute.

For example, when I visit the site, it will say 43 users, I click on another page in the site, it says 24 users, click on another page, it says 53 users. I know that this cannot be correct. I also get this behavior after clearing all cookies and Temporary Internet files. I have also tested this at all times of the day, even during late night - early morning hours (2-5 am) when user activity should be low.

error during upgrade from 4.5.2 to 4.6.3

I have following error during upgrade:

2005-01-19

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/cogdziek/public_html/promocje-nowe/database/updates.inc on line 2149.
ALTER TABLE {vocabulary} DROP nodes

after upgrade I can't use advanced search in trip_search module. there is an error:

Cron jobs stopped working after patch

I ran the patch after the latest security fix and now my cron jobs stopped working. First I mv'd the file the error speaks of as per the directions, but when the errors started coming in I put it back and patched - and it still don't work.

I searched the error here and found similar, but still not exactly the same nor an answer. I'm running 4.5.5. The error is:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: xmlrpc_client in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/modules/drupal.module on line 142
