Updated Core via Drush - 'drush status' Shows 7.68 - UI Shows 7.67

I have a pretty straight forward Drupal install but only today started using Drush (issue with the config that I'd just not spent the time to research and fix).

I did a core update with Drush and all went fine.  I can confirm with 'drush status' that I am on 7.68.  The admin UI (status report and update screen) both show I am still on 7.67.  I've verified that update.php was run and cleared cache.

There are some other threads on this, but all of them were quite old, some even mentioning tables from previous versions.

Upgrade from 8.7.10 to 8.8.0 with Composer.

**UPDATE**

As far now you can ignore this post. I don't know how to delete it. After starting over again from my last Git commit, for some reason this worked. I don't know what I did differently, but I'm now at 8.8.0.

So I’m trying to upgrade Drupal core from 8.7.10 to 8.8.0. I have read the direction here:

Updating Drupal 8.7.10 to 8.8 fails

I have updated Drupal NUMEROUS times and all usually is just fine. THis time it did not update properly. The issue is that after the update that seemed to go just fine I can no long er login to site it errors out:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

Is there an issue here that is being resolved???

Thanks

Mitch

Update to Drupal 8.8 fails. PHP Fatal error . . . YamlFormUiElementAddForm.php on line 12

Hi All

I updated drupal to 8.8 with 'drush up'

I have php 7.3 and I run on debian 10, buster.

I get a number of errors when I run 'drush up'. Below the first error is shown:

Do you wish to run all pending updates? (y/n): y

Performing system_update_8801 [ok]

Performing system_update_8802 [ok]

Strange AJAX 302 redirect error after update

I have a Drupal 7 site (ver 7.67) running on CloudWays, PHP 7.1, MySQL 5.5.

I get the AJAX error "An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 302" The debugging information is limited:

"Path: /admin/structure/views/some_view/preview/block/ajax"

This happens on editing any View (Views 7.x-3.23) or when creating content with any autocomplete field.

Seems like it should be something simple, that something wasn't migrated correctly and pointing not right.

Route "system.db_update" does not exist
