Loads of empty lines in node body after upgrade to 4.7

It's not a big issue (as visitors won't see it at the website), but after upgrading to 4.7 there are loads of empty lines in the body of all nodes - when administering.

Note:
I didn't use tags like <p></p> or <br /> as nodes were set to Full HTML and paragraphs where seperated automatically.

Did anyone experience the same thing, and does someone how to quickly repair this for all node bodies?

Cheers,
Marc

Correcting path problems following upgrade to 4.7

Having upgraded to 4.7 in a subdirectory and then moved the site up to the root, I now have the problem that url paths all have the subdirectory in them.

eg. href="/subdirectory/node/34"

How can I get rid of the subdirectory? Is it possible to remove the string ('/subdirectory') throughout the database automatically? Does anyone have a script to do this? It would be tedious in the extreme to have to go through manually deleting the subdirectory from every path.

privatemsg module errors on home page

I get this on my home page when I activate the privatemsg module in the admin panel. The private message functionality seems to be fine. I did a search for this and found that many others seem to have this error and attribute it to other modules such as groups or web auth or something like that. Any ideas?

why is cgi-bin inserted in all my urls since 4.7 (rc2 or the new 4.7 release)

I had 4.6.6 installed. I tried to install 4.7rc 2 and as i mentioned in a previous post, it didn't go well. Mostly because after i did the update, ALL, as in every link generated by drupal is now sitename+cgi-bin+drupal link.

I can't submit any settings since all the forms too, have cgi-bin in their links which lead to "http://monsieurx.com/cgi-bin/"...

I didn't want this or tried to change this. The sites/default/settings file is correctly edited without any "cgi-bin" anywhere...

I searched drupal.org for "cgi-bin" and it was pletoria instead of valuable "information" so i'll mix that in the issue. (because going via issues, new issue -> choose a category, just didn't apply among the many categories (no up*date|grade, 4.7 install, cgi-bin, etc keywords that would have applied either)

guys, im drulling to update from 4.7. Just switched from php-nuke and would love to have the satisfaction i see others enjoy, that's all... After 3 tries, im kind of very discouraged. I searched EVERYwhere for the cause or string but can't find it...

The only clue i have is from phpinfo.php which says '--enable-force-cgi-redirect=yes' - is that it?

The php ini file didn't change and i dont find the "offending" string anywhere in the code... Is it hidden in the sql data? My provider is OLM.net and php version is 4.3.4. All the distribution was installed as prescribed (since this is not my first try...)

Multiple language blocks are missing after upgraded to version 4.7

Have anyone ran into this problem? Since the original i18nblocks.module and i18nmenu.module are not compatible with drupal 4.7, all of my international blocks are stop working. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Thanks
