Upgrading Drupal

Funny how reading the instructions helps.

REALLY delete everything first. I tried to be crafty and only delete stuff in the new package, but that doen't work.

Also, It is VITALLY Important to upgrade modules. I forgot to do the Google Sitemap and i got the initial new-drupal installation message until I fixed it. I'm sure other 4.6 modules on 4.7 will cause the same type of error. If there isn't a module for 4.7, read the CVS about 4.7 as much has been integrated into the core.

I just upgraded from 4.6.5 to 4.7 and now have this error with /xmlrpc.php and can't get a desktop publisher to log into my account/retrieve posts.

Any ideas of what I need to do?

I just upgraded from 4.6 to 4.7 and now I'm not able to administer the modules.
When clicking on administer->modules nothing happens.

I'm totally stuck, and I have not been using drupal for more that a few months, so I have no idea what to do now.
I really hope someone is able to help me.

I just upgraded one of my sites to 4.7 (my first 4.7 upgrade) and am at a complete loss as to how to configure my content types. In 4.6 it was easy, you just go Admin > Content > Configure (a tab), but that no longer seems to exist in 4.7. I searched all over the admin system to find a way to access those configuration options but can't find any of them anywhere. Are they gone? If so, WHY??? If not, how do I find them?

Sigh, I never learn. It's not enough to *read* the instructions they should be followed also !!

Anyway, the update of my 4.6 installation failed. I got a lot of error messages:

Unknown column 'schema_version' in 'field list' query: SELECT filename, name, type, status, throttle, schema_version FROM system WHERE type = 'theme' in /home/FA04-05-05-40_gk48h266j3ayp224h8ya/mostrom.pp.se/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 120.

I don't know what happened but would appreciate if someone tell me how to fix it.

Hi all. I have my "beta" portal in 4.7.0-rc3. Now I want to install 4.7.0 with old DB.

 mysql create 470db
 mysqldump > 470rc3db.sql
 mysql 470db <  470rc3db.sql
 http://www.mysite.com/update.php (with $access_check = FALSE;)

Is not correct ? Why I can not login anymore ? No errors, nothing about nothing. Only reload the page where i am when I insert dato to login.
