all options
General settings
Error handling
File system settings

are disabled same as when i am creating page.
all options are disabled.
what should to do?plz hepl me.

I just install the simplenews module.
but it takes only user mailid, but i want users full name ,address and phone no so how can i get all this
information ....

Is it possible to upgrade from 4.6.3 to 4.7.3?
Or do I have to go from 4.6.3 to 4.6.5 to 4.6.6 to 4.6.7 to 4.6.8 to 4.6.9 to 4.7.0 etc..
I have restored my 4.6.3 site several times to get my site back up after trying to upgrade.
Every thing that I have tried so far leaves me with my site showing no catagories in the navagation bar.
The catagories and content are still available under admin-catagories and admin-content but no where else.

I have a question regarding to drupal 4.7.3

Im using drupal 4.7.2. then i noticed that there is a new drupal version

when i look at drupal CVS. i saw lots of changes of codes in modules. core modules of drupal

and when i look at the 4.7.3 changelog it says

I am considering to update my site to 4.7.3, but first I copied my files to my home computer following the instructions . However, I am using the login menu. When I try to login it says that "The requested URL drupal/login was not found on this server." but it works on my live site. I suppose there is something I have not considered. Apache perhaps?

I have looked everywhere for this problem, and I haven't see it posted anywhere, lucky me. The www.ksdp.org administrator (I am running 4.6.8 for now, while I am tweaking themes for 4.6.9 and then 4.7.2 & 4.7.3) informed me that the flexinode event start and end date times are changing on her when she creates an event. Her description of events is
