4.7-5.1: Problems with encoding but my tables are UTF-8

Hi, I'm getting this problem after I make a comment or create some content or deleting content or doing something:

Can't log in after upgrade from 4.7.5 to 4.7.6

Not sure what's going on, but I can't log in anymore as the administrator or any other user. I've done several other upgrades over the past year and never had the problem before.

I logged in as the admin user. Then I installed 4.7.6 in a new directory and copied my settings and theme files. I use several extra modules which are all in modules/contrib/ so I copied that directory in too. Then I ran the update.php script which worked, but didn't seem to do any database updates.

After that I browsed around a little, then logged out. But after that I can't log in again.

Upgrading to 5.1 from 4.7 adds duplicates to navigation menu

Hi,

I've upgraded to 5.1 from 4.7.4, and found that all of my menu items are now duplicated (administer, administer, site building, site building, block, block... etc.) . I can't even remove / disable the duplicates.

I'm using i18n, frontpage, OG, gmap, location, and event. I upgraded all these properly to 5.1.

Where can I begin to look for clues?

Thanks a lot,

s.

CivicSpace Problems

Hello everyone,

Upgrading 4.7 to 5.1, will I lose all my modules?

What's happening with my modules when I upgrade drupal to 5.1 as for as I know, following modules doesn't exist on 5.1 !!

taxonomy_browser
user_list
vote_up_down
banner

I need them all, or at least alternatives that work as good.

Thanks in advance!

Move host before upgrading?

I'm looking to move one of my sites to a different host that I have a 5.1 multisite install running on.

The site is currently on 4.7.2 so would I be best off upgrading step by step to 4.7.6 then to 5.0 and finally to 5.1 on the existing host before I move to the new host? Or could I move to the new host and shove the database directly into the 5.1 multisite?
