Something truly messed up my Drupal site after I updated Imagecache to the dev version. It seems the closing php tag '?>' has vanished from all my .php files... this, of course, is not a good thing... anyone know how to fix this in a easier way than manually replacing them (shiver)....?
Just upgraded 4.7.5 multisite install to 5.0 then 5.1.
Everything worked perfectly on development machine, but now on live sites the javascript that is supposed to load in order for forms to collapse doesn't load, or doesn't load completely so that only some fields are ciickable, and some aren't.
This may be similar to the problem posted just prior to this one, but I'm not certain.
I recently upgraded from 4.7 to 5.1 for my website uday.net
The process was smooth and successful except the fact that my content written in Marathi language shows garbage. for example see http://www.uday.net/interview
Otherwise the upgrade for English language is good.
I changed the character encoding in my browser to UTF-8, but it still shows garbage.
Any help to fix this will be greatly appreciated. Also request you to fix upgrade script to help others.
Thanks in advance.
Uday
I'm planning an upgrade of a multi-site install of 4.7.5 to 5.1, but have seen some posts saying that there are database differences from 5.0 to 5.1 and one should upgrade to 5.0 first, then 5.1 or the upgrade will not work, though the posts are not specific in the problems that the 4.7.5-5.1 upgrade would cause.
I've been running a mock upgrade on my development machine for a couple weeks and have gone from 4.7.5 to 5.1 several times with only one non-critical error that I've been unable to duplicate.
I'm trying to create a block with a calendar containing creation dates. Pretty straightforward, I thought, but I can't get it t work somehow. What did I do?
I am attempting to upgrade my instance and I am getting an error. (
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: format_name() in /home/centenni/public_html/themes/engines/xtemplate/xtemplate.engine on line 49) This error started before the upgrade, but, I could not correct it and thought that the upgrade would work out all the kinks. I was wrong! Can someone please help me with this issue. I have backed everything up, so I hope I am abolt to get things back up and running soon. Website is www.centennialridgeapt.com
