Drupal 8.x

I have a Content type with some fields. In that I have two text fields(Text A & Text B) and Geofield(Lat&Lng). So I need to store that text field values into geofield (Text A->Lat & Text B->Lng).

I have tried some entity based logic but it didn't help.

Can anyone let me know how to do this programmatically?

I am trying to theme the emails that are sent from a Webform.

I am not a developer so if this means writing PHP code, preprocess PHP code etc., then, thanks for reading this, but it will be beyond my limited understanding of twig and PHP coding. Many thanks for your time. But if you know where I can find information for a novice to learn what is needed to achieve my goal, then I will try them.

I've created a website using drupal 8.6.3 and Gavias Emon theme.  The site has a lot of content with a lot of blocks & pages.

I've created a lot of blocks and pages today and now I can't add more blocks - the backend craches. I cleared all the cache and watchdog tables, but still getting this issue.

When I try to view this page: admin/structure/block I get a blank page with the following message:

This page isn’t working
is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I have few sites in a drupal 8 multisite installation.
I have updated the core via composer to v8.6.3 and updated the database of one of the sites.
I didn't realize that I have to update the database of each site.

I have a question regarding time and resources for implementing Drupal CMS. We have a large ecommerce and need a new CMS solution. We are looking at different solutions. I have to make a plan for this and was wondering following: 

- What knowledge and resources would you recommend us to have? 

- How long time should I expect it to take (one month or is it more like a year)?
