Could anyone please guide me on the following issue?

Right after installing a premium, I tried to install pathauto and other modules. But I got the following message. May I know how to solve the problem?

I tried to install a few basic modules after freshly installing a premium theme. But could not do so. Does it mean that the p;premium theme I am using is broken?  It is strange to note that it accepts some modules but not others.  Does it mean the theme is not properly configured? Please help if possible.

I have been asking this question, maybe a thousand times. But, every answer seems to start with some philosophical discussion. I have NEVER been able to understand how to solve this issue. I installed a Drupal 8 theme. But, almost soon after installing it I started getting the following error message on the admin/content page.

i'm trying to setup email notification on file uploaded event in imce. i've installed Email Content Notification module. but dropdown list of content types shows only "page" and "topic" - there is no "file".

I'm trying to create the following workflow (Content Moderation and Workflows modules) : users can edit content, when they edit it, the published version is loaded (not the latest revision, otherwise users can see other users' unmoderated edits), and a new draft is created each time.

I tried several settings but the latest revision is always loaded, and only one draft is created, so it is not possible to select the "best draft".

Do you know how to do it ?
