Drupal 8.x

Can you please point me to an updated and verified D8 guide (supposing there is one...) explaining how to add a custom item to an existing menu?

I found this one (https://befused.com/drupal/menu-links-custom-module-d8), but after following all the steps there's no change on the menu and nothing on the Apache/FPM logs.

I am using Drush version 8.1.5 and when executing "drush ups", I get the following:

The release notes do not ever refer to this as a Security Release nor was this ever mentioned at DrupalCon Seattle.  Could it have been tagged incorrectly or an issue with Drush?

I created a sub-profile that is supposed to add a content type, fields for the content type, a view that lists nodes of the content type, and even a link to the view from the Admin/Configuration menu.  I have a config/install directory with the yml files for creating everything, as well as the info.yml, .install, and .profile files.

My boss created a custom distribution as a base Drupal install.  The sub-profile that I created is supposed to give that base installation a specific purpose.

We have a website installed and it is running good, we have geolocation installed -

Is it possible to integrate/install a module (if there is one) so it can give directions on mobiles etc and show distances

hello,

i am new to Drupal, so i installed WAMP at a virtual amchine. Followed this tutorial:

But when i am at my loal host and choose my project, i cannot start the installation of drupal.

am getting the cant reacht this page error. make sure the webaddress...

i created in the www folder a projectoflder with the fqdn name and exported the content of the Drupal folder at that place.

hope someone an help.
