How do I allow users to change the node timestamp during submission of new node?

How do I allow users to edit the post timestamp? Like for e.g. they post ahead of time or before. (usually ahead). Like in allowing them to post ahead in a calendar view such as a holiday event.

I tried looking in permissions, no option (at least that I can recognise) to allow this. I added a Content Type, added another time stamp field, and disabled the original time stamp field. But the post still shows the original time stamp, not the one I added in, therefore the posts all bunch up in current time in the calendar instead of the date that they should be appearing in.

since upgrade to 8.6.13

Hi I would like to apply the patch for the REST Export API response issue where the format needs to be appended to the URL and I was referred to this patch fix. See below. The problem is the only place where I can see any evidence of similar code is in a file called RSS.php which is not what I am thinking. Where is the logic for the view for the Rest Export API module considering I don't see any evidence of the RestExportFeed.php file.

Icons not showing after going from local to server

Hi everyone!

I have this problem after going from local (xampp) to live server. Basically every icon on the website ( icon of the theme, icon of drupal toolbar) aren't showing.
After some investigation i understood that there's a problem with the directory of the images because after inspecting one of them i've seen that the icons are actually there, but the URL of background-image have the old local domain name.
