How can I remove an item from the commerce cart when adding another one?

I would like to have only 1 product in the cart.

I'm using drupal 8.8 and I'm looking for a way to display in my taxonomy exposed filters, only taxonomies terms which are related to contents(nodes). In other words i don't want to dysplay terms which are not related to content. I suppose that i have to make a hook_form_views_exposed_form_alter. But i don't know how to retrieve only the "good" terms.

I have a "playground" system for trying out new Drupal features, a testing system, as well as staging and production systems. I do of course want the capabilities of "dev" in the first two, but certainly not in the staging/production systems. Composer always updates dependencies including "require-dev", also in the staging system. Is it sensible and safe to exclude "-dev", and - if so - how can I do that?

Per suggestion I have tried to replace the various zendframework libraries with their laminas equivalents. All of the replacements went fine, except diactoros. I wonder why? I am on Drupal 8.8.5.
