Shortly after the end of World War I, Eglantyne Jebb took to the streets of London to distribute leaflets with the image of two Austrian children, marked by the effects of war. Next to the photo, a message: "Our economic blockade has caused this. Millions of children are dying of hunger". On 19 May 1919, Eglantyne Jebb and her sister Dorothy Buxton founded Save the Children at a mass event in London.

Local DEV installation ported on live server leads to disaster

Hello all,

I've built a site on local DEV server starting from droopler distribution installed with Acquia Dev Desktop. Once ready, I split the deployment into several steps:

1. Rebuild a new local DEV site starting from the clean Drupal Core and building-up the useful to me part of the distribution. The goal was to be in control of different aspects related to modules used, config, future update etc.

This was a nightmare...

Recommended disk partition sizes for Drupal and WordPress

I am building a new server to host existing Drupal8 and WordPress5 websites and I need advice on this disk space allocation plan. The space allocated should provide enough space for these growing websites and databases. The expected file upload growth is 1GB each year. There is no mail.

Existing Drupal site /files directory is 10GB
Existing WordPress /wp-content directory is 10GB
Existing databases in /var/lib/mysql/ is 2GB

Block overview

Hello! The blockylaout shows me just the titles of the blocks. Because I have many blocks with the samne title for the frontend it is hard the find the right block on this overview. Is there any module which let me change this to the block description?

Hide or remove additional tabs from Webforms add element section

Upgrading Drupal from 8.7.10 to 8.8.5 via composer - Issue

Hi There,

I am trying to upgrade Drupal via composer from 8.7.10 to 8.8.5.

First, I am performing composer update and after updating composer getting the below metioned error:

"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later".

I checked the server error log and got the following error:
