Drupal 8.x

Got a task to retheme a drupal 8 website..

My steps..
Downloaded the entire site on through and then used phpmyadmin to export the database.
I usually export the full structure only and then database only without the cache.

I then installed and imported everything locally.

When I try to run the site I locally I get an index page that seem to have no CSS of JavaScript ..

I can't sign in to try do a recache.
The error I get on the login page is "

I am using Drupal 8.

I was trying to use the drupal export tool found in 'admin/config/development/configuration/single/export'

The way I understand that I have to "export" the content types and their fields is by selecting them in the selector and copying and pasting the structure in a file with the name that appears below

What I was trying to export was a content type with its fields.
I was able to export both, the fields and the type of content, I put this into a module that I created, inside "config/install".

Can you help me in my project:

I installed on my "Drupal 9.4.9" website the "Commerce License" module and the "Commerce Stripe" module.

I have a single "Premium Account" product which adds the "Premium" role to the paying user. This role gives the user certain privileges.

I don't want to store Commerce data on my website, such as addresses or payment methods.

I would like to have a simple button to pay and get the "Premium Account" license.

My website is running on the last D9 release. D10 will be release the 14th of december.

I verified the code and it is ISO with the new release but what about data ? (nodes, views, taxo, etc)

Have you plan to make a module to migrate DATA from D9 -> D10 ? (without lost of course)

I am eager to learn. I have setup TrueNAS configured my pools setup datasets and setup plex on this TrueNAS. Now I am trying to get Drupal8 setup on it.
