Libraries-override in Drupal 8.9

I am using Drupal 8.9 and trying to use libraries-override in order to remove a JS file from a parent theme with a few child themes. I have some shared JS, but I only need to use it on specific child themes, not all of them, so using libraries-override should be the right way to do so.

I have used libraries-override but it doesn't seem to work. The structure is:

themes

-custom

--theme1(parent)

---sources

----js

-----shared

Updating problems

I am trying to Update Drupal 8 from 8.6.14 to latest 8.9.6, when changing Core & Vendor folder for new ones, geting blank white screen; Modules are also versions around 1-2 years old;

At one point I was getting some warning that my Pathauto version 1.4 is too old, but how can I update Pathauto, if New Versions Drupal doesn't work with old Pathauto?! - and New Pathauto doesn't work with Old Drupal?!

Also, I am now reading Logs, not that I understand something there....

Error Logs gives many errors or 2 kinds, while I was switching core / new & core old:

Varbase Bootstrap Paragraphs Text and Image Alignment

After updating Varbase Bootstrap paragraphs to 8.x-7.16, the text and image paragraph types on the landing page  that were created all images align left, even the ones whose image positions are indicated as right. Is there a patch to fix this problem

How to put a condition in TWIG “if the user is flagged” ?

I have a site with Drupal 8 and the Flag module.

I would like to display a text when the user has the `association` role and when it is flagged with the following flag (his machine name):

flag_role_association

Then put its 2 conditions in a single line and how to know if the user is flagged ?

Here are my templates :

Wesbite name resolves to IP address after login

I am not a network engineer and my setup for a website is Drupal 8.9.x with Apache and PHP on Azure cloud.  The site was configured using the ip address until we could register a name which at some point was associated with the ip address.  When I try to login via the website name, the pages will be display as expected but the url will resolve to the ip address.  In Drupal 7, there was a base_url option in settings.php which I think is replaced by trusted_host_patterns in Drupal 8.  I've followed the example and entered in the ip address and the website name, but still my site will resolve/
