Installation Drupal 8.0.4 fails with white screen

My System:
Windows 10 x64
Drupal-8.0.4
Apache 2.2.31
PHP Version 5.6.18
mysql 5.5.44 at port 3307

I extracted drupal to PathToMyHtdocs\drupal8\
I created a Database named: drupal8
In Browser I navigate to localhost/drupal8/core/install.php

There is always the same error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function setFormClass() on null in PathToMyHtdocs\drupal8\core\modules\system\system.module on line 1394

In ZendServer there is in the message - queu:

Let's add A Drupal ClipArt to D.O

I get the impression that many if not most Drupalists are less into Graphic design and Front-end dev...

But, those who are might want to contribute free Drupal art into a ClipArt, a Totally-Free-For-Any-Cause Drupal imagery stock that our graphicitions (a short term for any kind of Graphics designer) could contribute their Drupal imagery to...

It would be nice to have a heart-shaped Drupal guy with the white title "I love Drupal" which is also free to use.

Send Email to Taxonomy Users on Node Save - Drupal 8

I need some help finding the right approach to a D8 solution. Here is the use case:

- External users will register accounts and select certain taxonomy based topics upon registration.
- I want to be able to notify users based on taxonomy of new content added to the site. There should be a checkbox when creating a node to send a notification to subscribed users.

How should I approach this in Drupal 8?

How would you do it?! I'll do the digging I just need help with where to start!

Thanks :)

No LogIn in maintance mode 8.04

I upgraded to 8.04 today and while doing so I was in maintance mode. When the module is activated and the admin logout, it's impossible to login again. Only the maintenance message pops up. So, how do I log inn again?

Disable Menu For Conntent types

In drupal 8 i am using the pathautho module to create aliases for all content types based on their menu link but i only need about half of those menus active, is there a function i could use to disable menu links by default if they belong to a certain content type. I'm currently having to go to the menu edit page and disable them all manually and as the site grows the task becomes daunting.

I have look around for days but everything i find is for drupal 7, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Using the 'Contact Block' Module ?

Could anyone explain to me how the 'Contact Block' Module can be used in Drupal 8? Unfortunately there is not much help on the modules page. I have installed the module, activated it, but still can't find how it should be possible to define a contact form as a block, to put it in a sidebar (like it was possible with 'webform'). Thank you for any help, Thomas
