Drupal 8.x

Hi ppl,

I'm administrating a site, in drupal 7, with almost 1.000 entries about publications: articles, proceedings, papers, and so on.

I have a new site, already in drupal 8, but I need to upload all this content to the new site for new content types.

There is any way to do this?
Using CVS, other tool, etc?

I have finally managed to get the libraries YML file added containing my CSS and JS, which works fine for guest users however, when I'm logged in as any authenticated user the JS fails to get added (the CSS seems to be added without issue). jQuery gets added, but none of my custom JS is added.

Has anybody else experience this?

I would like to specify the URL Alias when I create a new Node (POST). It doesn't seem to work. I am using 8.0.5. Also, HTTP Node GET doesn't return the URL Alias, there is a "path" element but it's empty.
I understand that 8.1.x will have some new features (like returning the created object instead of "201" and an empty body). Will the URL Alias be available at some point?

In new drupal 8 mayo, there is no possibility to set header height(( I'm noob in coding. Please tell what to do?

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question about ads and themes.

I've been looking at some free themes and some have blocks or areas pre setup for ads and some don't.

If I elect to use one of the themes that does not have space for ads can I add them in later myself? And along the same lines, if I want to add additional ads to a theme that does have some predefined areas for ads, can I add more?
