Drupal 8.x

Hi !
I try to build my website with Drupal 8.
In drupal 7 we can set menu multilingual options:

MULTILINGUAL OPTIONS
Translation mode
- No multilingual options for menu items. Only the menu will be translatable.
- Translate and Localize. Menu items with language will allow translations. Menu items without language will be localized.
- Fixed Language. Menu items will have a global language and they will only show up for pages in that language.
but in drupal 8 it is not available.

I don't understand a CMS. Do you create a site WITH Drupal, or do you just modify a copy of Drupal for each website that you create?

Whenever I install Drupal 8 and choose Hebrew for RTLness after installation the interface will appear in Hebrew as well.

If I install it in English and chooses Hebrew after installation then again - The system will autotranslate the interface to Hebrew.

I don't want that as the Hebrew translation is awful and half-baked. I would like to work with an English interface (RTL English).

This problem happens in other RTL languages as well.

Is there a way to somehow "trick" the system to go into Hebrew (RTL) mode without translating the interface?

Hi i have a strange problem.
I created a new type of content with a field to put the date of end publication.
The article keep in publication even if its time is past.
But I edit the post and I don't change anything and save the articles , the view works
and the aricle disappear.
Is it a bug of drupal 8.
