I have Drupal running on EC2 with following dir structure

On Drupal docker image looks like this

We have a site that is currently English. We would like to add French translations for a handful of pages. We have enabled and configured the 'Language' and 'Content Translation' modules.

We would like the user to be able to choose French from the language switcher, and where translations exist they are shown the translations. Where translations do not exist, they should be shown the English content.

I would like to change the pdf filename, downloadable at the webform subissions. Is this possible?
