To promote Faichi’s profile, enhance its market presence, and potential, there was a need to migrate the website on to Drupal 8. The website acts as a major communication platform for marketing & sales, Promotions, Public Relations. As a result we wanted the site to look highly professional, modern, appealing, and user/SEO Friendly.
Initially migration looked like a daunting task but we systematically scoped out all the features, divided into pages sequentially and were able to successfully migrate the website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8.
I have created my first Drupal site using Acquia Dev Desktop on Windows Sever 2012.
The site is up and working at URL http://server-ip:8083/ when I access it on server.
However when I am trying to access the site from my PC (which is connected in LAN), its giving following error.

I'm working on a new website for our school (using 8.x) and really want it to be a "single stop" experience. To that end, here's what I'm trying to do:
I want to have teachers posting assignments and announcements on the school's site instead of all over the place on their own Google sites that they make. I've made lots of progress, but then I get stuck...
I have recently recommended Drupal to the owner of the company where I work. We do a fairly specific thing, and our current back end platform is not serving us very well. Given the fact that drupal tends to be ridiculously versatile, I am wondering if what we need already exists in some form.
We do construction documents. Blueprints, specs etc. Searching for those in Drupal world doesn't produce the same results it would elsewhere. In fact, I feel the need to clarify what it is we do.
