After Drupal 6 to 8 migrate, some fields appear blank in edit form, others don't?

So, I've run the upgrade process from my Drupal 6 installation to a clean Drupal 8 installation.

The Drupal 6 website was using many custom content fields (CCK), and custom content types. When I look at my content list in Drupal 8, I see my nodes, with the correct custom content type.

D8: Tokens in multilingual links

Hello. I want to see if it's possible to do something with tokens.

Specifically named View not authorized to site visitors

Previously functioning View page named Examples with path /examples will not display filtered content under associated main nav link.
Content will display in preview but page shows visitors "You are not authorized to view this page."

Changing path and menu from /examples to /example (plural vs singular) displays content normally.

Drupal 6 to 8 migration runs, but no text from nodes is displayed

I ran the Drupal 8 migrate function on my Drupal 6 database. It completed successfully. All the nodes appear to be there in the new Drupal 8 site. However...

None of the text is displayed. Only the titles. This occurs on all pages, regardless of type. The front page itself has no text other than the title.

I can edit a node and see the text from the Drupal 6 site there, available for editing. But when I save it, it still does not display.

I can add a new node with "Testing new site..." or some such in the body text. THAT does get displayed after saving.
