After playing around with Slick and Paragraphs I discovered I was no longer able to Edit a View.
When I click Edit next to any view dblog says:

In sites, is an unmodied copy of example.sites.php renamed sites.php.

I'm able to access and edit other parts of the pages, like content, themes, modules, etc., but I was wondering if I missed something while setting everything up. Or are these features that have been dropped from Drupal? I searched the forum and docs
I am inversor and I want to start small business, so I want Drupal just for one user can check his balance, and the administrator can change it, only the admni, and the user only can see.
