I am facing Problem in Drupal 8

Step 1. I have created custom content type and added custom field in content type during custom module resource_library installation time files created

1. field.field.node.resource_library.resource_video.yml
2. field.storage.node.field_resource_video.yml

Step 2. After Uninstall the custom module resource_library and again want to install for some reason in that case error coming:

The ability to add terms and give them multiple parents has inexplicably stopped working. If I try, it kicks the term edited/added to the top level. But, I have done this in my vocabulary - there are multiple terms with multiple parents. I don't know what triggered the problem.

If I look in the taxonomy page, I can see the terms sitting there, under multiple places. But when trying to use the field in a form, the term does not appear anywhere, but at top level.

I have just setup a Drupal 8 test site at Acquia, running lightning.

I am doing the Lynda course with Drupal 8, and when I try and change the background color in the heading, I do this

Top Admin Bar > Appearance > Bartik 8.5.3 Settings

And there is no Color Scheme settings!

While creating a webform, why are various setup fields visible without an input section to enter information?  For instance, when creating a new element the Edit screen opens and in the Element Description/Help section there are three fields: Description, More label, and More text.  I am only seeing an input section for More label.  I'm unable to enter anything for Description or More text.  This occurs throughout the Webform area, like in Settings->General-> Administrative description.

I created a webform with flexbox of two elements. It works normal but they are further apart. How do I make these two elements be displayed close to each other.

I used webform module to add the flexbox.

Before, I posted this, I spent hours to teach myself. I managed to modify the width of the fields but these two elements are displayed further apart. I like these elements being on the same row but there is a big space between them. Are they set in two columns?

how do I access sites via local network computer by IP address?

I have read all the posts about multisite but none discuss how to get IP address access working.

To reduce time to update multiple local test sites I want to use the multisite feature.

I have four local test sites and and I can access localhost/~user/sitefolder/ and from a local network computer IPaddress/~user/sitefolder/

with the multisite I setup site name.local and it works on local computer.

I cannot figure out how to access from another networked computer.  ideas?
