Drupal 8.x

I stupidly deleted the body field from my basic page (Drupal 8) and now none of my basic pages show any content. I know this is my own stupidity and I am embarrased to ask this, but is there any way to restore the body field machine name? I have tried adding a new field called body using the field type Text (formatted, long, with summary), but that gives me a machine name of field_body.

honestly i am finding the conditions for the Rules model a bit confusing!

what i want is simple:
1- create a new content type with 2 fields ( name + seen-boolean value-) (( DONE THAT ))
2- create a rule so that when i click on the page of any node created of that type, the action of rule changes the value of the (seen) field to (false, off , not seen .. etc <-- any one of those values) 

Drupal 8 installation progress bar stays at 0% and only increases when I refresh browser (Firefox,Chrome,Opera and IE) .

At 100% errors are displayed. 

Installed using composer and have no problems if I install Drupal7 via composer.

Also tried various fresh installs but same issue.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I am trying to import an excel spreadsheet into 8.5.5. I saved it as html, displayed it in a browser, and cut and paste into the CKeditor full html window. It looks beautiful in the editing window. In source mode, there are only the usual table tags.

But when the page is previewed or displayed, there is text, and no table. The first line says:
