Drupal 8.x

I want to the account and content of this user, i had the select last option "Delete the account and It's content " 

But it only removes user not the content of that user.

Has anyone encountered a case like me?

If you know why? please help me to explain it for me.

I have tried using : <img src="/sites/all/themes/htmltheme/images/pic.png" > and <img src="<?php print $base_path . $theme_path . '/images/pic.png';?>" > 

both, but still images do not appear on server. All my images get printed on node page in local but they do not appear on server! The images appear broken on server.

I am using Drupal 8 currently.

How I can change my site CMS to Drupal without permalink change?

because I saw the Drupal permalink is (/node/2), but if I convert to see My site will be in danger as SEO rank.

my site permalink is like this for tags is  after (/tag) and for post is just Selective name (not random) for example (http://type74.ir/sound-implementation/)

I installed a few modules to work with the CKEditor in drupal 8. However, when I activated the buttons of those modules, for example font family or size or text color, then the CKEditor compose box disappears.
