Drupal 8.x

We have a webform where certain fields are drop-downs based on taxonomy.

We would like to restrict the options users have when chosing these values according to their role. E.g. the drop-down gives a list of all departments but a user whose roles only put him in three departments can only view and select (of, if viewing restriction is not possible, only select) those three departements in the drop-down.

Any idea if and how this would be possible? Or how we might configure our webforms in a different way to create a similar workflow?

I have been comparing both WordPress Drupal & I think both are good, however at least right now, Drupal seems more complicated to set it up.

Hi, 

I am using Header and Footer Strips https://www.drupal.org/project/header_and_footer_scripts module and it loads javascript when I am logged in and working. I want the module be loaded when I am not logged-in. 

I could not find any other module to do this. So your suggestion is appreciated.

I have a live site running with default language English and I have created all my content in Czech, but when i try to add the English translation it always moves me back to czech. I have some english pages already created when site wasn't live, but when i try to edit it, it moves me to czech again. The english content isn't even displayed when i switch the language of the site to english. It's my first time creating website with drupal so I don't have much experience. Can someone please help me?
