Drupal 8.x

so my problem centres around my site running slow on laptops/desktops for users using firefox/chrome, however on mobile [ipads/iphones] users using safari are experiencing no problems with speeds whatsoever. alternatively a mac user tried it and experienced no speed problems either.

the sites is fully updated, so it leads me to believe the issue may be linked to the user agent, as i changed the user agent a few days back and it improved the speed, but now three days later we are back to square one.

I have some checkboxes in a table (With many pages) my aim is to prevent users to select more than one choice.

I attached a JS code, It's working when I open the table in the first page but not working when I paged in the table(Page 1, 2, 3 ...).

I am wondering what event is triggered when I paged the table because the html page is not reloading.

Before this I have no problem migrating working Drupal 7 to clean Drupal 7 (using backup & migrate module). But I am not sure if there is a way to migrate/import only content (node & content type) from working Drupal 7 to working Drupal 8 site. My client asked to revamp the old site & after done finishing Drupal 8 new site, suddenly they want the 100+ content (blog/article) in previous site (Drupal 7) to be in Drupal 8 site. 

Any idea & suggestion on how to achieve this?

Does anyone know if there is a way to import/export Contact forms in Drupal 8? I have been searching for something in the core, and even some module to add this operation, no luck.

But, I want a link to the "lates shasum hash". WordPress has one (https://wordpress.org/latest.tar.gz.sha1)

Is there something like https://www.drupal.org/download-latest/tar.gz.sha256 ?

I see in Drupal 8 how to create a display mode for a given content type, and how to control which fields display for each type.

How do I view these? Reading up on the View Modes doc page it seems that I can only show this content type in only one mode.

For years, I've seen Default and Teaser. Say I've created a Person content type with lots of fields. In one display mode, I want to show certain fields in a certain order. Another a different matrix of fields.
