How to get rid of some unnecessary text on the homepage?

Hello There,

I am currently using a commercial theme to make a website. Unfortunately,m the developer has stopped supporting the theme. Is there any way to edit the text one sees the moment they open  site? Despite making repeated tries, I have not been able to do.  The website is as follows.

https://www.tokyobigsight.com/. The irrelevant text comes right under the menu bar and it says.

Thanks and regards

InnoDB: Warning: a long semaphore wait

We are running Drupal 8.5.6 on a SLES12 SP3 server with MariaDB 10.0.35. We recently cut over to a new server with a similar setup (same version of Drupal and MySQL but latest OS patches) and performed a dump/load of the database beforehand. The dump was performed with

$ drush sql-dump --structure-tables-list='cache*' --ordered-dump --result-file=/var/tmp/drupal.sql

We also updated the new server with the latest drush and performed the following:

CKEditor does not display the photo

I am using IMCE and CKEditor and when I have inserted a picture in CKEditor, this message appears when I see the page:
"This image has been removed. For security reasons, only images from the local domain are allowed."
The photo will not be displayed. There is just a small space holder where the image should be displayed.
Photo is uploaded to private library and must be private.
Can the IMCE not handle photos in the private library?

Hello everyone,

I have currently setup my Drupal site so users can upload files to AWS S3, which then can be used in various custom content types.
