Hi all. We're starting our upgrade from D7 to D8. I have a general question about implementing a multilingual site, given we have limited resources and a tight timeline, and currently we do not have any multilingual content on our D7 site.

If we were to build our D8 site using only English, and then decide to implement multilingual functionality in the future, how much of a headache will it be to implement after the fact?

I found a module that may help me improve the visual presentation on my site. However - no instructions were provided for how to use the module. And once installed - it appears no where I have looked including the configuration menu.

For an experienced programmer the "how to" may be a piece-of-cake, but for a non-programmer, I'm stuck.

1 - I installed by copying the tar.gz URL
2 - I then activated the module

I am new to Drupal 8 and drupal development in general. I am currently working on a project using the latest verion of Drupal 8.6.

I have written a custom module by following the drupal guides and everything works.

I now need to add a "tab" to the user profile page that links to my module. It should look something like this :

I want auto generate the video's thumbnail after I upload a video file.

I think I need implement a Event Subscriber ( or hook) , in this Subscriber  I use ffMpeg to get the first frame of video .

Is there anyone that can tell me which event (hook) is triggered when I post a video file ( as follows) ?

Or any contribute module have the same feature ?
