Drupal 8.x

I'm working on a Drupal instance on Docker with docker-compose.

I know...so far, it should not be complicated, my docker-compose file is really simple, and it's this one :

I'm needing to add a form to a site to gather information, however it isn't just a simple, "Question 1, Question 2, Question 3..." thing To put it somewhat simply, what I'm looking for is like a Flowchart Form, where it asks question 1, and takes the response, but then, that response will determine what question is asked next. 

For example:

First Question:

 Do You wear hats? (Y/N)

Now, if the user responds "Yes", it would continue on to ask:

 Do you wear
  a) Baseball Cap
  b) Western Hat
  c) Derby

I have a problem :

I have downloaded the module Bootstrap Paragraph in my source files (see image)

The problem is when I go in the WYSIWYG (see image)

I can change colors of the background, width etc.. but when I save/publish the background and the width settings it doesn’t work.. (see image)
