Before you start

Hi all,
I have a client that is currently using sharepoint as their intranet and wants a new drupal website built. can anyone advise me whether there are any connectors available currently between sharepoint and Drupal eg the client would like to be able to upload documents through sharepoint and then have the option to publish them directly onto Drupal website.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated!

i have created a contentType called "Price".

I wish to set permissions so that users of the role "PriceUsers" can only see content of contentType "Price"

I am currently using views to pull small pieces of information to my front page to create a sort of updates area. I want to hide the tags and taxonomy terms associated with the nodes that I'm pulling. How can I achieve this? example is the homepage of www.learndigitalproduction.com I think the terms just clutter the page and make it look ugly.

I'm new to drupal development. I don;t know much thing about drupal.
I useed to use CMS before too, but not drupal, but now I want to use drupal, as it popular one, I need someone to guide me what should I start.
what is the advantage and disadvantage of drupal?
Is it fast if we install many modules?

I am worry about the performance of the script when it become big.

Hi all Master Drupal I am still newbie in this CMS Drupal ,I am really need your help Mr and Mrs ,and my question is :
1.How to install Drupal 6.x in mysql but I am doesn't use xampp and wampp server so I install mysql ,apache and phpmyadmin independence?
2. How to integrate mysql ,apache and phpmyadmin if I install them just independence not like xampp server and wamp server, I am really need your help ?
3. Is there the e-book tutorial can I read to understand how this drupal system can work and I can use that system?

I have two physical store locations and am looking to built a website to start selling our products online. However at the same time, we want to integrate with ebay so we can use that as an outlet as well.

Any ideas on projects that have already been completed?
