From what I've seen Drupal CMS seems to be perfectly optimized for SEO uses...has anyone encountered any problems with Drupal not being Search engine optimized?
Are there any articles on this topic of drupal and SEO I can read?
The installation guide mentioned that some modules need cron jobs for some of their operations.
I am fine with this but my hoster will not allow me to run cron jobs so...is there an alternative to cron jobs?
I need a site that will allow only Paid users to log-in to it. Can drupal be modified to allow that, or can you put a re-direct page "infront" of the drupal site? I am not a php coder, but can hack on some code if I have a model to use. I also need to allow users to access queries into mysql and have the results displayed. Is this doable with drupal. I do not need any of the traditional CMS functions. I just thought a CMS would be a good point to start and hack away as needed.
Drupal looks like it may be the answer for my furture website(s) (more depending if it works out okay). One of the most important features I am looking for is for content to span over multiple pages. Is this possible with drupal?
Hi there. I have recently came across Drupal.org and so far I'm quite impressed!
I run a community, mainly music technology orientated, at www.13370r.net . The system currently in use is a PHPBB-based portal produced by Smart0r, which I'm finding somewhat easy to use. We would however like to change to something that is reasonably quick and easy to set up, and also allows us to alter alot of the content, mainly the asthetics side of it.
