I have a static site right now that is pretty standard. There's a main navigation on top with a sub navigation for each page on the left. I'm interested in integrating it into a CMS so employees can login and change content, and possibly even add new pages if possible. From what I read, Drupal is perfect for doing this, but I'm having a hard time understanding the steps needed to integrate everything into Drupal. I'm going to be rewriting my site in XHTML.
I have a very strange problem with drupal.org site - when I'm loging in my account on drupal.org the same page is reloaded and login block is still there. Looks like I wasn't able to login, but if I refresh the site (F5) or click any other link login is performed and I can see my navigation block. This happens every time I'm trying to log in. I'm using the latest FireFox version.
Will I have the same problem if I use Drupal for my site ?
Maybe I'm in over my head but I found Drupal through a Google search for creating a forum. What I need is to either create a separate forum or add one to a web site created through web space provided by Verizon (my ISP). Is this the right kind of application for that? Thanks.
