"Use access" functionality is unique to webform module. It gives user a choice to make the webform visible for the restricted group/users, this functionality is not available in blog, page modules...
i thought, if available for blog / page, the user can set access restriction to his blog / page and has better control over posting his blog / page
Was it done purposely or is any other reason for the same ..

I am a new user of Drupal, and I use this wonderful CMS to build my personal homepage.
I'd like to remove the link on the up-left corner, which indicate where you are, like now, it shows as "Home >> create conent". Can anyone give some help? Thanks!

At the bottom of every "Submit page" entry form there are two boxes for adding a link.
Link name:
To make the page show up in the navigation links, enter the name of the link, otherwise leave blank.
Link description:
The description displayed when hovering over the page's link. Leave blank when you don't want a description
How does this work? I have added the link name and description to several pages but the links do not show up any where.
What is the navigation links section? Is it one of the blocks that shows all the
