If I go to some drupal page(for example: ?q=admin/system) when I'm not logged in, I get error "Page not found". Is there are any way to change this error message without entering into drupal code?

One group of our users can only create, say blogs and pages. We also have stories enabled. In the 'create content' submenu in the navigation, these users can only click on the two types they have permission to create. Yet on the body text for the node/add page, it lists all the content types that we have on the site. If they click on add/story, they get permission denied, which is good. Buy why show it on the node/add page at all.

I have read the various GPL licencing discussions on here and elsewhere ... and sadly remain unclear as what applies in a particular situation.
In a commercial organisation operating a geographically distributed network of seperate sites, where a secure customised site script including drupal components is distributed free to organisation webmasters, what licence restrictions apply .. if any?
