Thank you to the Drupal community. I have tried nearly ever OSS portal/CMS available. To put it simply...they rot. I was in the process of rolling my own when I stumbled across Drupal. Guess what--Nearly every feature I had planned had already been created. Not only that there is a fully developed support community.
I have Drupal installed and can't express how exited I am that I don't can spend my time building my sites rather than building and supporting my own CMS.
Needless to say I will be adding my own time as a contributor to this project.
I just upgrade from 4.5 to 4.6. Then I found a disturb problem, my local time is GMT +0800, but my server space is on timezone GMT -0400, whatever i set the site default timezone as GMT +0800, the rss.xml file time alwayse show the server local time, it make my news on other syndication sites/rss reader always go offset +12 hours. Does anybody here has the same problem?
I know timezone seems a unslove problem, espically work with event.module , but I have no idea about the rss time, btw, the atom.module have the same problem, so I think it's something about core.
Hello, I have a problem imporitng the language file through the localization menu. I browse my computer for the po file, and when I press the import button after a 30 seconds +/- it reloads the page but without import anything.
I think that is a timeout problem uploadin the file from my computer. I´ve tried uploading via ftp and specifying the path on the text box, but gives an error with the po file.
Anyone have an idea of what can I do without cut the po file? Thanks Simon.
I'd really like to have user groups, and saw there was much discussion about such a thing in this forum. I also saw the note saying the groups.module isn't being developed, but is it functional at all? Is there a way to have user groups? Are there any plans to create something like this?
