the print $head generates:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

without a closing tag.
where can this be fixed?

I have finally managed to setup embedded G2 in my drupal 4.7, and everything seems to work all right, but I need a hint ....

I am pulling text from the database and it's all messy. I created a new multilined profile textfield and pasted plain text into the field and saved it. Then when retrieving it, the text is filled with bad unicode characters.. I can only assume that Drupal is not hard coded UTF-8.. I'm sure that the problem is with how I am retrieving the text.. any ideas on how to retrieve the text and have it be normal text characters not funky weird stuff??

I need to redirect a viewer way from a user profile to another public page if the viewer is not the owner of the page:

global user
if $user->uid is not (node owner uid)
redirect "http://domain.com/public/nodeowners_public_page/index.php?uid=nodeowners_uid"

I need it to run in a custom php template i.e. user_profile.tpl.php. Can a php person clean that up for me so that it works?

Contract Drupal Programmer

Our client is a small Values Based Media Consulting firm located in Brooklyn, NY, but they will be acquiring space in the Lower East Side (NYC) very soon.

They are looking for a great Civicspace / Drupal Programmer to design sites for progressive clients and organizations. Graphic design and traditional web skills are a major plus. Ideally, they are looking to create some really great Drupal / CivicSpace sites that don't look like your typical drab sites. They have several clients signed up and ready to move forward.

Pay is in the $25-50/hour range depending on experience and could go full time if both parties are interested.

The location of the programmer is not important; however, local candidates are preferred although all with significant Drupal experience will be considered.

Hi please help me.. .. question..

Front page doesnt work!:) i got the module. i set it.. and nothing..
i try to install Flexinode.. i unzip in /module/flexinode
I copy flexinode.module in module.. i run the flexinode.sql.. i check flexinode in the module page setting
and when i click on flexinode in the setting.. i got a blank screen at the url http://127.0.0.1/drupal//?q=admin/settings/flexinode

I dont know why i got that..
