It is possible to publish via email, like some blogs system?

I am attempting to use drupal to create one of our client sites, however i am experiencing some problems. i have created a page in dreamweaver with css, i cant seem to get my layout into drupal.

my layout is pretty simple, i have one large background image with a few divs inside. i have looked at other themes available but none are similar to what i need.

any help would be useful

I am checking the PHPbb forum package and Id like to know if anyone would be able to tell me, out of the top of their head, what kind of advantages drupal would offer in comparison to some functionalities ?

New to Drupal. I just downloaded the flatforum theme. I'm not sure if I'm installing this correctly. Do I need to also activate the forum moduel as well as the flatforum module.

Also how can I tell if I did everything correctly.

The upgrade from 4.7.2 to 4.7.3 corrupted parts of my database. I lost blogs and books. Make sure you do a back up of your data just in case you need to restore it.
