i am using tiny mice to solve the right to left text direction, i noticed when it ads

1) Where I could find the used terms in the drupal, like: hooks, nodes, blocks, content, categories?

2) How I call the functions the modules for URL? e.g: www.mysite.com/module/function_name
in module:

4) Drupal have's a database schema with the relations between tables?

How do you guys write down ideas, plan the structure of your site, etc? I just put a list of ideas into an unpublished node, but somehow this really isn't very satisfying. Is there something in Drupal that lets me write down notes, play with the site's structure, etc? I know there's a module for FreeMind, but that only shows you the site structure, it doesn't let you change anything.

I feel some problem with enabling clean URL.
It works perfectly well without "?q=" in all pages since i have modified the .htaccess page and enable the mod_rewrite.

But the problem is Im unable to 'enable' the clean url in the settings page. Seems like some problem is there regarding the enabling of clean url.

Can anyone tell me how to enable this in settings page or else how to remove the "?q=" by modifying database or something like that ?

I am trying to install the category module but I get this error when I am installing both the wrappers.

* warning: copy(modules/book.module.copyme): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/site/public_html/cms/modules/contrib/category/category.module on line 1502.
* The file book.module.copyme could not be copied. Unable to perform the specified operation.

I installed the category module, I think something went wrong and I have 2 "categories" links under my administer menu. Please advise.
