Hi All,

We are planning on opening our company site around Dec / Jan, so end of this year. Once again looking into viable CMS alternatives etc.

There are two key factors that I need to consider in choosing a CMS. And I realise that i may need to involve someone with better knowledge then myself with programming, and this may cost money. However the key basis here is I want to see what's out there at the moment, and then I can look at what can be done with the tools at hand.

1st: Individual User Downloads.
We want to offer our clients a control panel / account area. So when they login they can download their own individual invoices that are generated by Quicken. Our staff here upon generating an invoice, instead of emailing it will upload it to their user account for download.

Can this be achieved ? And is there a module that is available for this ?

2nd: Support System
Our company is heavily based around network support, and onsite support for clients. I have been looking into helpdesk solutions at present. Ideally I would love to build this into the main site, and not choose a Kayako support solution or one alike that is standalone.

Is there any support systems that integrate ? OR a module for this ?

I have had a browse through the modules but either i'm blind or the isn't somthing there that will fit these roles.

Any advice appreciated.

When i log out as admin, and come back to drupal, the password and username won't let me in.

thne I request new username and password. they were sent to my email

i clicked and changed my password.

but as soon as i logged in, the same thing repeats itself....

in other words: the username and password will not stay in the database,

why?

I'm trying to get the parent leafs on left sidebar all in bold type.
right now, the parent leaf doesn't go bold unless I have sub leafs.

specifically, I would like 'Donation' and 'Prayers' in the left navigation bar to be bold type.

I was wondering if it is possible to write firefox plugins for a Drupal site. At this point I'm not even sure how it is done or if it can be done.

One example could be a ff plugin that can be used to enter information into a drupal site. How is this achieved for other sites? Does Drupal support REST apis? Or can this be done even without REST?

I'd like to change a Flexinode Title Label (From Title to Event Number) Just wondering if this is possible and if so how? I assume the flexinode module code needs to be changed, I'm just not sure where.

Also on a rather more complex note: Is it possle to auto assign (and auto increment) a Flexinode Title each time a new Flexinode page is created? i.e I'd like to auto assign to the title the year followed by an auto assigned concurrent number. e.g 200601, 200602 etc.

Any help much apprecited
