Is it possible to have the following done on a drupal website?

1. launching a rss feed on a different page (target="_blank")

and/or

2. displaying a rss content (when clicked on one of the rss links) inside a drupal website

I need a little help. I have installed views.module and content.module (CCK) - however now I am thoroughly confused.

My site involves users submiting CD reviews. I have managed to set up a new content type fine. However now I face a new problem. I would like to create a page on which I have links to ever letter of the alphabet, and when clicked it takes users to a list of all artists that have an album reviewed that begin with the letter. So when they click on 'A' all artists beginning with A are shown along with the album that has been reviewed.

I am a first timer on drupal (thankyou Tomskii for breaking me in gently). Enough of the lewd sexual overtones. My first suggestion as a naif who is being taught to be an administrator of his own site is that the submit button should be both at the top and bottom of the page.

Hey, is there a module to show who is online? I have done a search and cannot find one...

I mean just a simple box displaying down the side of the page listing how many guests are online and how many logged in users.. pretty standard stuff really lol

Is the system OK for Drupal 4.5? I have it working fine before on bluehost.com. But started early Sept, the page shows the following:
