Is there any way (a module?) to allow a user without Administer Nodes permission to edit content that is not their own? I don't want an "Editor" role to have access to the additional settings that Administer Nodes provides.

Tried searching and could find anything about this, so I thought I'd ask here for others wondering the same thing:

Is it possible to have the following done on a drupal website?

1. launching a rss feed on a different page (target="_blank")

and/or

2. displaying a rss content (when clicked on one of the rss links) inside a drupal website
