I'm working with a very well established, non-profit film theater in Brookline, MA, who is looking for a way to handle secure credit card payments across their new Drupal site. Obviously they are a card merchant now and have their own card processing account with various banks. But they want to use their site to take payment of membership and donations, and they don't want to mess around with Paypal.
I like many things about Drupal, but I haven't yet found the combination of modules that will turn a Drupal website into a support knowledgebase. In searching around I haven't found it... Any suggestions?
We have about 20 offices around the country, and we each support the same product lines (application software). So my list of needs are not huge but not small. I'm willing to pay for custom software. Or maybe you know of a knowledgebase someone has written that is working out great.
If you'd like to discuss here my list of requirements I'd be happy to post those.
I took the liberty to start an SU group about Drupal. If you use SU and Drupal feel free to join us and help us build a directory of useful and bookmark-worthy sites and pages:
Do I put the TinyMCE module obtained from Drupal in the TinyMCE directory obtained from tinymce.moxiecode.com, or do I place the TinyMCE engine obtained from tinymce.moxiecode.com in the TinyMCE directory obtained from Drupal.
I'm guessing that the Drupal module goes into the engine directory obtained from tinymce.moxiecode.com
