What is the best way, if any, to add a product's weight in E-Commerce to assist the USPS and UPS in calculating shipping fees? I have found a few threads, but nothing I am comfortable using on our site. I don't know why there isn't a field for weight next to quantity and price. It would make complete sense.

Hello everybody, please I need something urgently. I need a javascript or PHP code that will enable registered users in a website to edit their already filled in profile. I will be submitting this tomorrow and I've not been feeling too well so I have not had the time to settle down and go through some other codes. I'm new to the Drupal but already have a site up and running and am having tons of fun customizing it with all these fancy modules! I was wondering... is there a Boingboing-like (http://www.boingboing.net/) multi-author Blog module where not only can different authors submit, but different authors add to and existing entry (and their contribution is clearly delineated).

When submitting or previewing forms, I get HTTP 404 errors because the url that is being requested does not reflect the $base_url of the setting.php file.

For example, in my settings.php file: "site\www.example.com\settings.php" I set the base url as:
$base_url = 'http://www.example.com/site';

The form action element looks like:
<form action="/index.php?....>

Wrote this down a few days ago to see if I could input it into my site:
Does anyone have a way to take open-APIs from social sites like: gmail/yahoo/facebook like Riya has their system developed so you can ask friends from other sites to join.

1.User picks which site they want to import contacts from.
2.User clicks on the emails they want to invite
3.A Custom message is created.
4.The mail is sent to all these people asking them to join the site.

I am new in drupal but i still dont know which type of web will be created in the drupal.I want created one web site caontains 3 option tutorials,articles,faq's.
In tutorials contains programmming and databased category where user can submit tutorials and links.Same for articles and faq's.Pls can any body tell me can i create this type of web site in drupal ?? and i want change the registration form is this possible or not ??? I am php and mysql programmer. pls give me reply.
