custom login

I've disabled the user login and password box.
I want to just have a login menu item at the bottom of left navigation bar specifically for admins.
when admins login, I would like to have the logout menu item appear so they can logout.

can anyone tell me how I can do that?

please help because I don't find this in the forum archives.

thanks.

Images error?

Most likely I just dont know what I am doing but I just enabled images and for authenticated users to be able to upload them in a page

if i uplaod the image with title without a body and a title and get an error saying i need body and a title. ok i expect that. however drupal will post the original even though it had an error so in effect the same post and image get posted twice.

i thought since i got the error the first one would not post but it did. how can i prevent that?

How do I reformat of display of articles and lisitng pages on Catagory/hom page?

I want articles on my site to have title row one centered fontsize XX below that By XX (with link for contacting auther) then the publishing date below that. You can see what I mean by looking at this page. Also how do I reformat the article blocks on the front page and also on the catagory page (different looks for each).

Thanks

And another validation question - this time TinyMCE

So I like the capability of the TinyMCE editor but to my suprise, when I start to use functions such as for aligning the images and text the validation fails again. It says the following are nto valid tags:

hspace="5" vspace="5" width="33" height="33"

I set the input for full html - why is this an error witht he w3c checker?

Thx

Tomas
